Jim’s has been my home’s furnace & AC service & repair company for 38 years. Once they came out at midnight for hours in December to make on older system work and keep us from freezing. I have a terrible mid century crawl space for workers to endure. I trust them to do everything possible to keep my systems working or replaced and want them to pay their workers living wages. This time I asked them to install a brand new Carrier AC (junking the old Trane). This had to be done during my absence on vacation during a near 100 degree Boise July day. They did absolutely everything as promised by Michael the supervisor; I didn’t have to worry about anything. Now I have a very much improved air conditioning system. No complaints!
