Jim’s has been my home’s furnace & AC service & repair company for 38 years. Once they came out at midnight for hours in December to make on older system work and keep us from freezing. This time I asked them to install a brand new Carrier AC (junking the old Trane). This had to be done during my absence on vacation during a near 100 degree Boise July day. They did absolutely everything as promised by Michael the supervisor; I didn’t have to worry about anything. Now I have a very much improved air conditioning system. No complaints! I do not shop around as I could not be happier with being able to trust a company to help me, no matter what! Show Less

I have to say this was the happiest I have ever been spending the amount I did. Mark came out and gave us a no B.S. quote, just laid out our options and was extremely pleasant to take talk to. I thought that was going to be the high point to the process but oh boy was I wrong. Dave (I think was his ...continue reading name), John, and after his training Kyle came out to put in the equipment and after a lot of laughs about everything and my horrible tape job the install was so quick and efficient that it was sad it was over. We had Jim’s Heating & Cooling out today to clean our ducts, vents and dryer vent. They were great! We are so happy they came out quickly because we would have had a fire in the dryer vent! John and Dave were: on time, friendly, professional and really knew what they were doing! Michael, our sales rep was here in the morning to show them what needed to be done. They are a great team!
