We had Jim’s Heating & Cooling out today to clean our ducts, vents and dryer vent. They were great! We are so happy they came out quickly because we would have had a fire in the dryer vent! It was totally clogged and there was debris from when the house was built 27 years ago! We just recently purchased the home. I have to say this was the happiest I have ever been spending the amount I did. Mark came out and gave us a no B.S. quote, just laid out our options and was extremely pleasant to take talk to. I thought that was going to be the high point to the process but oh boy was I wrong. Dave (I think was his name), John, and after his training Kyle came out to put in the equipment and after a lot of laughs about everything and my horrible tape job the install was so quick and efficient that it was sad it was over.
